[Neos] Terminology: Hide vs. Show

Hi all,

I've been discussing labelling with Marli Mesibov here. 

Are there reasons for labelling it "Hide", "Hide in Menu" etc.? 

– Other than the fact that it's always been like that in TYPO3 CMS?
