[Neos] Neos 1.0 Beta2

Hi everybody,

this minute the Beta2 of Neos 1.0 was tagged and pushed, so it is 
available on composer. An announcement on neos.typo3.org is coming up 
any minute.

This Beta is mainly a stabilisation release with a few minor breaking 
changes before the final release in exactly one week from now.

Enjoy it and as always all feedback is appreciated to make the final 
release as good as possible.
