[Neos] Question regarding NEOS Installation & Setup

I do know really know the reason for Neos not working as expected.

There were more things wrong, which might all be related and no Neos fault 
at all - I just did not have time to dig into it yet.

* All PHP files missed the executable flag
* no routes for setup
* 403 for resources (thus no CSS, JS)
* Exception because of missing DB stuff, instead of setup wizard
* some file system issues (wrong owner ?!?), fixed that, but strange 
nevertheless
* missing DB tables (wizard never continues as routes are missing, thus you 
are stuck after login

fixpermissions needs root access; a no-go on shared hosts

I will try again this weekend.
