[TYPO3-50-general] Getting Started with TYPO3v5 Phoenix (on Windows)

hey Phoenix Fellas,

I just wrote a small Tutorial/Getting Started/Howto for setting up 
TYPO3v5 on Windows.

On Windows the Installation is probably a little more complicated and as 
it took me quite some time to have everything ready I hope it helps 
others to get more easily started.
