[TYPO3-50-general] PhoenixDemoTypo3Org Site editing doesn't work

Hey I have updated t3px and now editing works again. Despite the new 
lines are not preserved, everything else seems fine.
Here I have scribbled a short note for myself and others like me on how 
to update typo3 from git:
