extJS is GPLv3 so no problem here.

Have a look at the (L)GPL-FAQ. No (L)GPLv2only will work with any
(L)GPLv3 code.

extJS comes into TYPO3 4.x with the trick that a) it is GPLv2 or later
and b) extJS has a FLOSS exemption for non-GPLv3 software.
