[TYPO3-50-general] Fluid: Caching and additionalArguments

Hey,

I have refactored another part of Fluid: I've made PostParseFacet  
static.
So, if you have a custom view helper implementing F3\Fluid\Core\Facets 
\PostParseInterface, you need to adjust it.

However, as this feature is not documented yet, it's quite unlikely  
anybody has built upon this ;-)
