[TYPO3-50-general] wiki-links in exceptions are broken

Hey guys,

    while trying to get into all that great new stuff I often trigger
exceptions here and there. I noticed the links are broken. What is
linked is e.g.

http://wiki.typo3.org/Exception1217839467

which results in a 404. It should be

http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Exception1217839467

or the wiki has to be changed. It'd probably be great if that's fixed
before the alpha3-release, as people playing around with it might get
some help from it...
