[TYPO3-50-general] Own Namespace for Tests

Hi,

what about putting the tests in their own namespace.
They are not needed during the normal runtime. You'll just need them for 
  testing.

I know all aspects of namespaces, but it would logical, if this would 
reduce the memory-size of a namespaces.

So I would suggest F3Tests:: instead of F3:: for all classes in the 
Tests-folder.
