and this is all so wrong and doesn't belong into a template. Think about 
the following: Separation of content and presentation (HTML/CSS), now 
also think about separation of logic/behavior and content...

Also check out theses arguments: security, security, and security...

no, you shouldn't need to know PHP to use any CMS
