[TYPO3-50-general] ExtJs License

Hi Sebastian,

ExtJs comes with both a commercial and an open source (GPLv3) license. As
far as I know, Typo3 can include ExtJs using the GPL license. Making
adjustments and reselling it as your own software is not permitted (but this
also counts for Typo3).
