There is no reasonable chance to change the licence of TYPO3. You would 
have to ask *all* contributors.

Nothing's wrong with that. Then I wonder the more why he didn't publish 
it a GPL (along with a commercial licence) instead of using LGPL with 
some unenforceable blah blah.
