I actually never used this setting myself, maybe you find more  
information about
it in the eaccelerator manual?

I suppose that you get this error at all because FLOW3 tries to  
disable eaccelerator
(for now) and that's something which can be restricted with the  
allowed_admin_path
(that's my guess at least).

What happens if you comment out lines 324 & 325 here:
