[TYPO3-50-general] Will TYPO3 5.0 use namespaces with PHP 5.3/PHP 6?

There is the free PDT plugin, also by Zend [1]. But I guess a  
refactoring
feature would only be part of Zend Neon [2], the commercial variant.
