Hi!

Now, you can validate your packages the first time against the FLOW3 
Coding Guidelines.

Not all checks are finished. Proberbly some of them, will change a little.

Just run your FLOW3 in in your browser and call the package. (e.g. 
http://localhost/FLOW3CGL)

Feedback is very welcome.
