supposing that CGL means 'coding guidelines', I think CGLs for FLOW3
would be suiteable. I suggest this having in mind, that FLOW3 has it's
own brand and will/should be used for different projects (maybe even
another CMS), which probably will sometime create usefull, flexible
packages or improvements for FLOW3 that could be shared among each FLOW3
based project.
TYPO3 v5 CGL can be based on FLOW3 CGL with some specific TYPO3
guidelines, but I think there should be a common guideline for all FLOW3
projects. Or did I get the idea and functionality of F3 wrong?
