the concepts for caching in the TYPO3 Framework and the CMS are at a
very early stage currently. There's not a lot I could say about it
at the moment.

One thing is clear, though: We'll have to approach caching in a quite
different way, due to the fact that we'll be working in a much more
object oriented way and use a Content Repository instead of a database.
That results in certain requirements but also gives us a bunch of new
options to improve speed and performance.
