I had a quick peek and the structure of the Mantis HTML is all old
fashioned tables with a giant dollop of inline code. If people really
wanted it'd be possible to modify the main Mantis header to pull it
into line with the other sites. Only the header, though, the rest of
the code is a powder keg.

Come to think of it, it may be worthwhile "rebranding" the header for
continuity, but that's not my call :)

Changes suggested by Robert have been done and are ready to upload later.
