[TYPO3-50-general] New interface discussion (or HCI discussion or skin discussion)?

Robert,

User stories are one way of describing requirements. Let's say
the "requirements" would be the collection of user stories. The interface
will depend on the "requirements" I would say, but will need some specific
user stories.

How do we participate in defining user stories?
