[TYPO3-50-general] UI should avoid fixed sizes of elements

Hi!

Besides the obviuos problem with accessibilty there are issues with 
non-Latin scripts. Some, eg Thai, are practically unreadable with the 
default font sizes for Latin scripts. But enlarging them will eg break the 
layout of the page tree and other UI elements.
