[TYPO3-50-general] General thoughts on namespaces and other ideas...

Hi Karsten,

i´d vote for a wiki solution for  the "general" as well. Docbook seems 
to be fine for core-references and exporting but i fear forcing you to 
contribute other than purely web-based keeps people from being able to 
freely contributing and adding data.
