Hi,

often if you like to work together in a live session, having a shared
whiteboard in front of you is perfect for understanding and to see what
the other people write.

As OSS there is a little famous project called gobby.
It's a textual shared whiteboard (collaborative editing).

While in continous developing it's very good usable on Linux/Windows
(don't have OS X feedback).

There is also a server component available for non-p2p session.
