Well, in former times (when defining arbitrary contexts was still  
possible), that would have been easy: simply define a context for each DB  
setup.

Well, when would you clome a package? Do you in your case really want to  
clone the codebase or do you want to have more flexibility when it comes  
to settings? Not loooking at your specific case, what would be reasons to  
clone a package? And (why) is search/replace for namespaces not good  
enough?
