[Flow] Display an Under Construction site while deploying application via typo3.surf

Hi

Is there a simple way to display a under construction / maintenance site while i deploy a new version via surf script? Or can i simply deactivate a site so no more databasechanges can be made and activate it when the deployment is complete?

Actually im thinking about an aditional step in my deployment script to just switch the current symlink to such a maintenance site and at the end switch it to the next symlink.
