[Flow] Randomly getting Exception on production context

Hi,

every now and then, we get a Exception on our production Server that 
looks somewhat like this:

Uncaught exception #1169047619 in line 227 of 
.../Packages/Framework/TYPO3.Flow/Classes/TYPO3/Flow/Cache/Backend/SimpleFileBackend.php: 
Could not unlink file 
"...Data/Temporary/Production/Cache/Data/Flow_Reflection_RuntimeData/Swift_Transport".

Does anybody have an idea, what might be causing this? Reloading the 
page usually will work without an exception. It's not reliably reproducable.
