[Flow] Error accessing a new resource

Hi all,

I have just added a new JS and a new CSS file to an existing package of 
mine. The files have the same rights as other older ones. However when 
trying to access them upon rendering, I get a 404 error.

I even tried to run core:setfilepermissions again, but it didn't help. 
Any clue?
