[Flow] new typo3_flow_security_account table? I need a quick fix.

yes, I did something very amateurish. I was not updating a previous
install of Flow, but re-installed it from scratch (new folder, new db).
Then I just moved my toy extension from the old install to the new one
(I mean, just copy&paste the entire Application/MyExt.MyExt folder). 

Now, it comes to my mind that  I should look at how I may keep my Flow
install updated. So, how do I do? Is there a composer trick? Some script
I may hack?
