[Flow] TYPO3.Surf

Hello,

i'm currently working on TYPO3 Deployment by using Flow with TYPO3.Surf.
All Documentations i found were out-dated and i can't get T3.Surf working.

I'm using Flow Version 2.0.0 and installed it by using the composer.
The common way to add the T3.Surf package as described on:

https://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.Surf.git/blob_plain/HEAD:/Documentation/Guide/Index.rst

does not work for me.
Flows response to "package:import" is: No command could be found that matches the command identifier "package:import".

After that i tried to install TYPO3.Surf by using the composer, described at http://etobi.de/blog/2012/05/deployment-setup-typo3-surf/
"composer require typo3/Surf" -> the composer needs a Version for that, which i can't figure out. ( 1.0.0 does not work )

So is there an up to date documentation on how to install TYPO3.Surf?
Or can anyone describe to me the common way of setting up T3.Surf?
