As Steffen put it, it really depends on a lot of unknowns (concurrent 
users, complexity of the app, ...).
In general I think memory and HDD are currently the most important 
factors for Flow (at least in dev context). Also using PHP 5.4 instead 
of 5.3 makes a big difference in performance and memory consumption.
