[Flow] Hardware specs

Hello Falk,

it is hard to say "these are the hardware specs for your application" as
everybody (and every company) define a normal hit rate differently.
In the company I work for, the specs are higher than for my private Flow
projects. On my private, dedicated server I've spend 2 CPUs (at 3 GHz)
and about 6 GB RAM for all webserver related stuff (NGINX webserver,
MySQL, PHP as FPM module, memcache) and it works flawless. There are no
problems when running 3 different applications side by side.

One project, a referee assignment tool I often mentioned in my questions
on this list, got a bit more hits than everything else together, but
nobody reported some issues about response time. Except me when I
flushed the cache and forget to warmup it again. ;-)
