[FLOW3-general] .zip-Releases are a good idea

Hi Christian,

+1 for the zip archives.
I wouldn't call myself a newbie but I think it's more comfortable to
install Flow on e.g. xampp by just extracting the Zip, calling the
cmd-commands and start developing.
