Just wondering how index.php is involved when flow is called in CLI mode ???

Symfony provides 'resource' in their Yaml. This can be either a Yaml, a 
PHP, an INI or a XML-File. The parser by itself does the magic to encode 
the settings correctly. This makes configuration pretty flexible 
whithout any hack ;-)
