[FLOW3-general] Neos: Add a package

Hi guys,
I have a package that I've been developing with Flow. However, now I want 
to put it inside a Neos installation. I went into Packages/Application 
(through ssh) and I copied my package folder in there, but when I execute 
package:list my package is not listed. So, doctrine:update doesn't do 
anything either. Its like the package is not there at all when in fact it 
is. Any ideas of what am I missing?
