[FLOW3-general] Setting up flow3 - help!

Hi Stephen,

Just go to your cmd (windows + r, enter cmd) or powershell (on windows server).

Move to your flow3 directory using cd /path/to/dir/. 

Then just enter flow3.bat + your commands (example: flow3.bat doctrine:update). 

This should help you.
