[FLOW3-general] Plugin won't load

Hey guys,

I'm struggling with the loading in the mailform, for some strange reason 
it won't load. I made a plugin simple plugin, and tried to load this in 
a similar way, via Settings.yaml. See config below [1].

What could i be missing?
