Yes, but it is really brute force. This is way better:

FLOW3_CONTEXT=Production flow3 flow3:cache:flush

And even when doing it right, you can always use (with FLOW3 1.1):

FLOW3_CONTEXT=Production flow3 flow3:cache:flush --force
