[FLOW3-general] Basic Apache authentication

Hi Ivan,

just a note: Of course you can use HTTP Basic auth via .htaccess files,
but this has nothing to do with FLOW3 then. If you want to use the Basic
authentication result, i.e. the authenticated user within your FLOW3
application you should go for FLOW3's HttpBasic authentication provider.
It can be configured like the following in your Settings.yaml:

TYPO3:
  FLOW3:
    security:
      authentication:
        providers:
          MyHttpBasicProviderName:
            providerClass: PersistedUsernamePasswordProvider
            tokenClass:
TYPO3\FLOW3\Security\Authentication\Token\UsernamePasswordHttpBasic
            entryPoint:
              HttpBasic:
