[FLOW3-general] After update to 1.0: annotation "@FLOW3\Scope" in class My\First\Package was never imported

Hi.
After update from beta2 to flow3 1.0.0 this error is shown:
The annotation "@FLOW3\Scope" in class My\First\Package was never 
imported.
I replaced the folders Application/Framework, Build and Configuration 
completely for the update.
Perhaps something from the beta is left. But where to find it?
