[FLOW3-general] Where are the files?

Try settings.yaml (there is a settings.yaml.example with a DB config 
example) you need to set a MySQL DB there now too, which has changed 
from the tutorial as well (no sqlite auto configured db anymore) as the 
new doctrine integration doesn't work well with sqlite.
