[FLOW3-general] Where are the files?

In the tutorial I read an advise to avoid an error 500:
"To avoid errors you should change the cache configuration so it points 
to a location with a very short absolute file path, for example C:\tmp\. 
Do that by adding the following line to the file Configuration/FLOW3.yaml:"

But I think the filenames are changed because I cant find that file.
Where do I have to drop those line?
