[FLOW3-general] German 'Umlaute' - UTF8 - Doctrine 2

Hi Sebastian,

I put already a bug-report on the ExtJs Bug-List an added Karsten as
watcher. In the meantime I found a dirty workaround which solved the
problem. The workaround is as well shown in my ExtJs bug-report.
