[FLOW3-general] most actual version of Flow3 does not start due missing object configuration

Hi,

sry my fault. Of course we have to replace 'http' by 'git' for cloning:

git clone --recursive git://git.typo3.org/FLOW3/Distributions/Base.git

Sry for that.
