[FLOW3-general] most actual version of Flow3 does not start due missing object configuration

Hi Peter,

in the meantime I installed the git package for command-line execution on my
MAC and tried to get the Distribution/Base Package from the the
typo3.git.org repository with the --recursive Option. It failed with.
