[FLOW3-general] most actual version of Flow3 does not start due missing object configuration

Hi Peter,

that was my intention, but as I wrote, the git-repository of the FLOW3
Distributions Package seems to be corrupted because my
eclipse-development-system fails to get the most actual version of the
Distribution package. So what to to do now?
