[FLOW3-general] most actual version of Flow3 does not start due missing object configuration

Hello,

I suggest to always got for a clean "throw away old folder, start with a 
fresh installation" as that keeps some troubles away.

Other than that I had to cleanup some '_Resources' and temp folders.
