[FLOW3-general] Preferred way / what is planned for FLOW3 on the Command Line

Hello Core Team!

I am planning to use FLOW3 for a project where i want to access my
controllers over the web and over the command line so i have to implement
the logic and functionality once and have only different output formats. So
my question is what is planned for FLOW3 to deal with this common use case?
Will FLOW3 provide a default router, a default "CLI Front Controller" like a
Bash/Batch Script to execute php with the right controller and arguments?
Should i create my own? If so, have you some advices to cover such cases in
good way.
Does FLOW3 suggest a common way a "Best Practice" for this?
I think something would be useful for the 'flow3' script!?
