wrong is nothing, by using the development context you simply turn of
all caching AFAIK, but I'm no FLOW3 expert, just played with it once.
And due to no caching and all the magic that FLOW3 is doing for you that
normally is getting cached to 90% or more you have to wait now until
FLOW3 examined ALL classes, did it's AOP and whatever magic and then is
starting processing your request.
Switch to production context and after the first request (that'll also
take some time) everything should be cached and respond a lot faster.
Hope I didn't tell nonsense - if so, please correct me FLOW3-experts ;)
