[FLOW3-general] Preferred way / what is planned for FLOW3 on the Command Line

Hi!
I applied this http://forge.typo3.org/attachments/2822/4426_v4.patch patch.
It worked very well, but i do not feel that it is slower. Actually it feels
like it is more than twice as fast as the old flow.sh script - especially
when it was started once.
Does it get included in the core?
