Same Here.

Windows on Xampp.

No errors on Apache or PHP. Tried several times. It does install on Linux, no problem, but Windows 7 won't do the trick.

After installing The Official introduction package, I get the 'Congratulations...
You successfully installed the distribution: introduction' message. but once I click on 'View your Site', I end up with an empty folder tree and and the public page states:

Service Unavailable (503)
No pages are found on the rootlevel!
