In TYPO3 4.3 EN Backend:
User Settings / Admin Functions / Button "Create Install Tool Enable File"

You can also prolong the session timeout by a setting in localconf.php:
	$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['sessionTimeout'] = '7200';	
	// Default: 3600 = 1 hour
